Adding Scrolling to your Design

Second Fire

This is a first and second fire ( application) of a 10" plate I have painted.  After the second firing and some washes, I wanted to "dress it up" slightly, so I decided to add scrolls and some paste work dots on it.  This is the process for pen work in scrolling.

I am not an all out flower painter, but I saw these peonies and was so inspired to paint them.....I have loved that flower forever, falling in love with it  when first seeing it while living in Pennsylvania .

I am sharing a video on scroll work added to this plate.  The very first video I produced on youtu.be was on "scrolls" and this is just an addition to that, so hope you enjoy.  The adding of the paste work will follow.

thanks

Joanna

You weblog was genuinely very beneficial for me and I'm very glad to have one of these splendid blog to study. I was thinking that why these items had been no longer in my mind before.
