Every so often I have this need to produce some figure paintings that just make me smile and feel happy...

These are two such paintings just finished recently.

 

 

 

 

 

Skylar just playing around one evening with the blanket...

 

 

On a Sunday afternoon in Dripping Springs art show and sale, this mother and child came in to view my paintings.   It was love at first site...

This little guy was very co operative with even that little smirk of a smile....

These, along with one more on the easel, will be submissions in the Portrait Society of Americas coming show.
