I have said this before, I love painting birds.  Growing up, our family had parakeets for pets, as a matter of fact we found several of them in our trees in the back yard, taking them in to feed them.    I even have dreams about parakeets, but that is another story.

I am doing this demonstration in Waco on Oct. 12, so I have painted a couple of tiles for that event.

I am sharing the first fire, which will be done tonite and finish them off tomorrow.

These are 6" x 12" porcelain tiles.

This is the first fire on my parakeets,   they are all blocked in.   I will put more branches and greenery in after it is fired.

ok this is my Love Birds.  I will call this one "Lone One Out" or "Four Is Company-Five's a Crowd"

I am not sure yet what the background will be for this one,  but if you have any suggestions, that would be great.
